Our Press Rubber Diaphragm Plates are high-performance sealing and pressure-transmitting components specifically designed for hydraulic presses, mechanical presses, and pressure filtration equipment. Crafted from high-quality nitrile rubber (NBR), natural rubber (NR), or EPDM with precision molding and high-temperature vulcanization technology, they offer exceptional pressure resistance, sealing performance, and fatigue resistance—making them the optimal choice for stable pressure transmission and leak-proof operation in industrial pressing, filtering, and forming scenarios.
Press Rubber Diaphragm Plates are core functional components of press equipment, primarily functioning to transmit pressure evenly, seal the pressure chamber, and isolate the hydraulic medium from the processed materials. Compared to traditional metal diaphragms, our rubber diaphragm plates feature better flexibility, pressure resistance, and sealing performance, adapting to the frequent pressure changes and mechanical movements of press equipment. They are manufactured via precision vulcanization and molding processes, ensuring uniform thickness, smooth surface, and strong bonding performance. Fully compliant with ISO 9001, ASTM D412, and EU REACH standards, they meet the performance and safety requirements of various industrial press systems.
Advantage: Service life is 2–3 times that of ordinary rubber diaphragms, and the sealing performance is improved by 30%, effectively preventing pressure leakage and ensuring stable equipment operation.
Excellent Pressure Resistance
Made of high-quality rubber materials with added pressure-resistant additives, capable of withstanding high pressure (0.5–50MPa) and frequent pressure changes, without deformation, cracking, or damage, ensuring stable pressure transmission during press operation.
Superior Sealing Performance
Precision molding ensures tight fit with the press chamber, good elasticity and resilience, effectively isolating the hydraulic medium (oil, water) from the processed materials, preventing leakage and ensuring the purity of the processed materials and the normal operation of the equipment.
Strong Fatigue Resistance
Through special vulcanization treatment, the diaphragm has excellent fatigue resistance, able to withstand long-term repeated stretching and compression during press operation, without aging or breaking, extending service life.
Corrosion & Oil Resistance
Resistant to hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and common industrial chemicals (weak acid, weak alkali); no swelling, aging, or peeling even in long-term contact with oil and chemical media, suitable for various harsh industrial environments.
Good Flexibility & Adaptability
Excellent flexibility and ductility, able to adapt to the mechanical movement and pressure changes of press equipment, ensuring even pressure transmission and avoiding local stress concentration, protecting the press chamber and processed materials.
Easy Installation & Replacement
Light weight, reasonable structural design, easy to install and disassemble, no special tools required; the diaphragm can be replaced independently, reducing maintenance time and labor intensity, improving equipment operation efficiency.
Support custom processing of size, thickness, shape (circular, square, irregular), and hardness (Shore A 60–80) according to press equipment drawings; material can be customized (NBR, NR, EPDM) according to the working medium (oil, water, chemical); optional reinforcement layer (cotton fiber, nylon fiber) for heavy-duty pressure scenarios.
Do not use above 80°C long-term (high temperature will cause rubber softening, aging, and reduced pressure resistance); avoid direct contact with high-temperature materials (>100°C) and open flames.
Regularly check the diaphragm surface for wear, cracks, swelling, or aging; replace the diaphragm in time if any damage is found, to prevent pressure leakage and equipment failure.
Select the appropriate material and thickness according to the working pressure and medium; avoid using diaphragms with insufficient pressure resistance for high-pressure equipment, which will cause diaphragm rupture.
During installation, ensure the diaphragm is correctly positioned and tightly fitted; avoid folding, stretching, or scratching the diaphragm, which will affect sealing performance and service life.
Store unused diaphragms in a dry, cool, and ventilated place; avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, and contact with oil, chemicals, and sharp objects, to prevent aging and damage.
