Our Polyurethane Screen Panels are high-efficiency, wear-resistant screening components designed for mineral processing, coal preparation, metallurgy, and building materials industries. Crafted from high-quality polyurethane resin (TPU/PU) with reinforced fiber and precision molding technology, they offer exceptional wear resistance, impact toughness, and corrosion resistance—making them the optimal choice for screening various materials such as ore, coal, sand, and gravel in harsh working environments.
Polyurethane Screen Panels are core components of vibrating screens, primarily functioning to classify materials by particle size, separate impurities, and ensure smooth material screening. Compared to traditional steel screen panels, our polyurethane screen panels feature better wear resistance, noise reduction, and anti-clogging performance. They are manufactured via precision casting and vulcanization processes, ensuring uniform thickness, accurate mesh size, and strong bonding between the screen surface and frame. Fully compliant with ISO 9001, ASTM D412, and EU REACH standards, they meet the performance and safety requirements of various industrial screening systems.
Advantage: Service life is 3–5 times that of steel screen panels, and the screening efficiency is improved by 15–20% due to the anti-clogging design.
Extreme Wear Resistance
Made of high-quality polyurethane resin with added wear-resistant additives and reinforced fiber, the wear resistance is 3–5 times that of steel and 2–3 times that of rubber; it can withstand the impact and friction of hard materials such as ore and gravel, reducing replacement frequency.
Anti-Clogging & High Screening Efficiency
The screen surface is designed with a smooth surface and reasonable mesh structure, and the polyurethane material has good elasticity, which can effectively prevent material clogging (especially for wet and sticky materials); the screening efficiency is 15–20% higher than that of steel screens.
Superior Impact Toughness
High resilience and impact resistance, can absorb the impact force of falling materials, avoid screen panel cracking or breaking, and adapt to the high-frequency vibration of vibrating screens.
Corrosion & Moisture Resistance
Unaffected by acids, alkalis, salts, and humid environments; no rust, deformation, or aging even in long-term contact with water, slurry, or chemical substances (ideal for wet screening and coastal industrial sites).
Low Noise & Energy Saving
Polyurethane material has good sound insulation and shock absorption performance, reducing the noise generated during screening by 20–30 dB; the lightweight design (30% lighter than steel screens) reduces the load of the vibrating screen motor, saving energy consumption.
Easy Installation & Maintenance
Modular design, light weight, easy to install and disassemble; the screen panel can be replaced independently without disassembling the entire screen frame, reducing maintenance time and labor intensity.
Support custom processing of mesh size (0.1mm–100mm), screen panel size, thickness, and shape (flat, curved, cylindrical); optional hardness (Shore A 60–90) according to material characteristics; can be customized with steel frame composite structure for heavy-duty screening scenarios; anti-static, flame-retardant modified versions are available for special industrial environments.
Do not use above 80°C long-term (high temperature will cause polyurethane softening, deformation, and reduced wear resistance); avoid direct contact with high-temperature materials (>100°C).
Regularly check the screen surface for wear, deformation, or mesh clogging; clean the screen surface in time with a soft brush or high-pressure water (avoid sharp tools that may scratch the screen surface).
Ensure the screen panel is firmly installed; loose installation will cause vibration and friction between the screen panel and the frame, accelerating wear and reducing service life.
Select the appropriate mesh size and hardness according to the material particle size and hardness; avoid using screens with too small mesh for large and hard materials, which will cause screen damage.
Store the unused screen panels in a dry, cool, and ventilated place; avoid direct sunlight and contact with strong oxidizers, which will cause aging and damage.
